Lange musste man warten, bis diese erste Sammlung von Kreisler-Liedern für Klavier und Gesang nun endlich auf dem Markt ist. Der Satz ist anspruchsvoll und wahrscheinlich sogar das Original. Dafür wird wohl auch Barbara Peters als Co-Herausgeberin gesorgt haben. Klavierspieler der sehr fortgeschrittenen Art sollte man also sein.Obwohl Schott angekündigt hatte, dass im Abstand von wenigen Monaten weitere Bände erscheinen würden, hat es über ein Jahr gedauert. Die Lieder sind einfach wunderbar, der Notensatz hervorragend. Für Liebhaber des großen Wiener Chansonniers ein absolutes Muss im Notenschrank.(Ja, ja, ich weiß, die Rezension ist zu kurz. Also schreibe ich hier halt noch etwas sinnfreies dazu.)

Da ich die Werke Kreislers sehr mag, mir aber zum Raushören der Harmonien sowohl Talent als auch Zeit fehlen, war dieses Heft für mich ein must have.Enthalten sind 30 von Kreislers bekannteren Stücken, unter anderem das allseits beliebte "Tauben Vergiften".Die Sätze von Herrn Scheider kommen an das Orginal zumindest relativ nah heran und so empfehle dieses Notenheft weiter und hoffe, dass auch noch der Rest von Kreislers Werken bald in dieser Form erhältlich sein werden.
